The Wisdom Panel 4.0 Canine DNA test offers new, updated DNA testing. Take a cheek swap from your dog, send the swabs to Wisdom Panel using the prepaid mailer and results are emailed within three weeks.
The test procedure is the same for mixed breed, designed and purebred dogs. Just indicate which test you want to run. In addition to DNA testing, the Wisdom Panel 4.0 includes the MDR1 Genetic Mutation test (multi-drug resistance 1). This allows for direct testing of multi-drug sensitivity. Knowing this information can help prevent serious adverse drug reactions.
The 4.0 will also provide results for EIC (exercise induced collapse) and traits.

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
